Collaborations

The Foundation has developed a broad collaboration network with Greek and foreign universities and research institutes and with numerous scholars and young scientists. The organisation of Greek and international conferences and conventions (in chronological order) with the University of Athens, the Institute for Balkan Studies, the General Navy Staff, the National Technical University of Athens, the Hellenic National Defense College, the Hellenic Navy War College, the Education Research Centre, the Eleftherios Venizelos Municipality, the newspaper “National Herald” of New York, the Agricultural University of Athens, the Prefecture of Chania, the Municipality of Theriso, the University of Cyprus, the Municipality of Heraklio, the Athens University of Economics and Business, the National School of Public Health, the Benaki Museum, aims at the thematic approach of the policy of Venizelos and his era. As a result of these collaborations, the Foundation has developed important publishing and research projects on the topics of foreign affairs, the Cretan, Cypriot and immigrant issue, legislation establishment, urban, agricultural and economic policy, the accomplishments on education, health and culture.
