Former President of the Hellenic Parliament Apostolos Kaklamanis visited the Residence Museum of Eleftherios Venizelos in Halepa on Sunday, 23 November. On his first visit to the historic residence since its renovation in 2015, Mr Kaklamanis was given a guided tour by the General Director of the National Foundation “Eleftherios K. Venizelos,” Giorgos Koukourakis.
The longest-serving President in the history of the Hellenic Parliament played a key role in the early years of the Foundation, as it was during his term that the Parliament became a founding member and the basis was laid for its close relationship with the Hellenic Parliament.
