In particular, as regards the contests organised by the Foundation, for which it is essential to collect basic personal data of the participants, it is hereby stated that the website publishes only the names of those who have won a prize and their texts in case of essay contests.

In addition, collection and processing of your Personal Data may be carried out for the protection of our legitimate interests, the management of our operations and the infrastructure of our information systems, in accordance with our internal policies and procedures, including those relating to the operation of our information systems, data and application hosting, data analysis, file management and internal control procedures, in order for the Foundation to pursue its legitimate interests.

In respect of the aforementioned purposes, we may share your Personal Data with third parties who provide special services, such as legal advisers or security and facilities management consultants, and other third parties, with whom we cooperate in the implementation of our activities.
