Metropolitan of Kydonia and Apokoronas Titos paid his first visit to the Residence Museum of Eleftherios Venizelos in Halepa and to the premises of the National Foundation “Eleftherios K. Venizelos”, since assuming his duties. He was welcomed by the Foundation’s General Director, Giorgos Koukourakis, who briefed him on the Foundation’s work and on the activities planned for 2026 to mark the 90th anniversary of the death of the great statesman.
In accordance with the Foundation’s statutes, the serving Metropolitan of Kydonia and Apokoronas serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors and a member of the Executive Committee. Metropolitan Titos has therefore assumed these responsibilities.
