11 Apr Visit of Commanders at the Residence-Museum of Venizelos
On Wednesday, April 11, the Commanders of the Military Units and Security Forces of Chania visited the Residence-Museum of Eleftherios Venizelos in Halepa and were offered a tour by Nikolaos Papadakis-Papadis, the General Director of the National Foundation “Eleftherios K. Venizelos.”
Specifically, those in attendance included the Commander of the NATO Missile Firing Installation, Major General A. Dimoulas; the General Regional Police Director of Crete, Major General N. Spyridakis; the Commander of the Souda Naval Base, Commodore V. Tsoukas; the Commander of NMIOTC, Commodore E. Kyriakidis; the Director of the Chania Police Department, Brigadier General G. Mastrantonakis; the Director of the Chania Security Subdivision, Brigadier General P. Chinopoulos; the Operations Director of the 115th Combat Wing, Group Captain (I) D. Patsouras; Colonel K. Kavkalakis, Director of the 4th Staff Office, representing the 5th Airborne Brigade; and the Commander of the Chania Fire Services, Fire Chief X. Tsilimigakis.
