On the occasion of the Panhellenic Chemistry Day, the National Research Foundation “Eleftherios K. Venizelos” and the Regional Department of Crete of the Association of Greek Chemists are organizing an event entitled “Venizelos’ vineyard in Halepa: the only historic urban vineyard in Greece” on Saturday, 7 March at 7 p.m. at the Foundation’s premises in Halepa.
Speakers will be Kostis Galanis, chemist–oenologist, and Giannis Galanis, agronomist – oenologist. The event is part of the Foundation’s programme of activities marking the 90th anniversary of Venizelos’ death and of the Regional Department of the Association of Greek Chemists programme entitled “Chemistry and everyday life”.
