“Ο Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος και η εποχή του” (“Eleftherios Venizelos and his era”): book presentation in Athens.

The Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” and the newspaper TA NEA presented the book "Ο Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος και η εποχή του" (“Eleftherios Venizelos and his era”) in an event oganised on October 20th, 2005, at the Athens International Airport, with the support of the Foundation.
The speaker of the event was Apostolos Kaklamanis, former President of the Hellenic Parliament.
It is the recently published biography of the great Greek statesman, of the series “Historical Library” offered by the newspaper TA NEA to the Greek readers.
University Professors and special researchers of the life and the work of Eleftherios Venizelos collaborated for this publication, with texts containing the conclusions of the latest studies and the most important historical findings from European and American Libraries, as well as Greek and international historical archives.
The book contains rich additional material for the comprehension of the text flow, as well as additional historical and general information, illustrations and an analytical index of the persons and places mentioned.
