Event “The Greek- Orthodox Church and Eleftherios Venizelos”.

An event on the topic "Eleftherios Venizelos and the Greek- Orthodox Church" was organised by the Metropolis of Kydonia & Apokoronas and the Foundation on November 20th, 2002 in Hania.
The speaker of the event was the Metropolitan of Arkalohori, Kastelli and Vianos, Professor at the University of Thessaloniki, Andreas, on the close relationship of Venizelos and the “Liberals” with the Greek- Orthodox church centres (Constantinople, Alexandria, Jerusalem, Cyprus, Athens and Crete).
